Cancellations delivery and refunds
“BIG DEAL” https://rose-jericho.com does not allow the return of items unless a defect is found in the product.
• After placing the order, you can not cancel the transaction, exchange a product, return a product or receive a refund for the order.
• The transaction cannot be canceled on the grounds that the product is not to your satisfaction / denial of a transaction / inappropriate shoe size.
• Our factories manufacture the products to order and therefore the item cannot be canceled, returned or replaced.
• When ordering shoes we recommend measuring your foot in inches and comparing it to our size chart before placing the order.
• We will be happy to be at your service with any questions.
Delivery and shipments
The shipment will be sent to the address according to the address you specified when registering on the website or at the time of purchase.
We work with delivery providers who can only provide estimated delivery time.
Estimated delivery time 15-45 business days. Usually the deliveries arrive within a month.
We recommend going through the order confirmation form by email and seeing that all the details are correct and up to date
Shipping cost – Each product has a shipping cost.
Due to the condition of the corona there may be delays in shipments, please be patient.
What happens if delivery does not arrive?
We are committed to delivering all of our orders. If there is any problem, you can contact our WhatsApp customer service team and we will do everything we can to bring about a solution. Our customer service team is available all days of the week except Saturday from its entry until Sunday morning. During the holidays, the answer will be given until the holiday begins and will return at the end of the holiday.
